Obituary

Tina M. King, age 51 of Rockfield, KY passed away surrounded by her loving family, Thursday April 13th, at the Hospice House of Southern Kentucky. She was born July 27th, 1965 in Franklin, KY to Mickey and Stella Brady. She is preceded in death by her sister, Michelle Brady. She is survived by her husband Kerry King, her two sons Matt (Leah) of Lexington, KY and Zach of Rockfield, KY, her parents, Mickey and Stella Brady of Franklin, KY, and her brother Mike Brady of Franklin, KY.

Tina was a graduate of Franklin-Simpson High School and worked most of her career as a business office manager at Medco Center of Bowling Green. Tina was a loving wife, mother, and friend. Her smile would light up any one's world. She loved to work on many crafts, decorate her beautiful home, cheer on the Kentucky Wildcats, and take vacations to the mountains. Tina also adored her Boston Terriers as she had many furry friends throughout her life.

Her faith in Jesus touched many as she was such a strong and courageous woman, always keeping such a positive perspective on life. Tina always made sure others were taken care of before herself, especially when it came to her family. Tina was a faithful member of Woodburn Baptist Church.

Visitation will be held at J.C. Kirby and Son Lovers Lane Chapel on Sunday, April 16th from 3-8pm and Monday, April 17th from 10am - 1pm at Woodburn Baptist Church. Funeral service will be held at 1pm at Woodburn Baptist Church with burial services to follow at Bowling Green Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Woodburn Baptist Church or Hospice of Southern Kentucky.
