Rudolph Paul Landry, 73, of Bowling Green entered into rest Sunday, August 5, 2018 at Greenview Hospital. Rudy was born on January 24, 1945 in Port Arthur, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents Rudolph Paul Landry, Sr. and Ada (Heber) Landry. Rudy worked at Johnson Space Center for 20 years as an aeronautic research scientist. He designed medical experiments for space flights and was known to all as “Rudy the Rigger”. Rudy was a veteran of the U.S. Army during the Viet Nam conflict. Among the things that he enjoyed were traveling the world and cooking local and international cuisines. He is survived by his wife Dr. Donna J. Boden, to whom he was happily married for 30 years, one sister Norma DeCuir of Houston, TX., nieces Denise DeCuir, Donna Nally, Lynne Stamps and nephews Louis DeCuir and Paul DeCuir. A Celebration of Life will be conducted Sunday, August 19, 2018 at 3:00 pm at the Landry home. Contact J.C. Kirby and Sons Lovers Lane Chapel for details.
