Former Chairman of the BG American Red Cross, he was active in Boy Scouts, the Masons, the Shriners, the Moose, and the American Legion.
An avid golfer, hunter, fisherman, and cross word puzzle and sports fan, “Captain Crack” had an awesome personality and was a joy to know.
