Margie Lucille Kessinger, 75, passed away on November 5, 2019 in Bowling Green. She was born to the late John William and Aline (Carter) Cox in Bowling Green, Kentucky on February 9, 1944.

Margie was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Bowling Green. She was preceded in death by her husband, Erdist D. Kessinger; brother, Edward Eugene Cox; and sisters, Oralillian (Cox) Tarrence and Kathryn Louise (Cox) Martin.

Survivors include her children: Mary (Ricky) Lancaster of Scottsville; Marilyn (Billy) Saunders of San Jose, CA; Judy Cardwell of Bowling Green; Bruce (Linda) Kessinger of Bowling Green; Erdist Kessinger Jr. of Bowling Green; Fredia (Brant) Adams of Greenbrier, TN; Dale (Jennifer) Kessinger of Brownsville, KY; Timothy Kessinger of Bowling Green; Christopher (Lisa) Kessinger of Bowling Green; Kaye (Steve) Likens of Bowling Green; Noah Kessinger of Bowling Green; William Kessinger of Bowling Green; and Sandra (Tommy) White of Bowling Green; her grandchildren: Michael Sisco, Jason Lancaster, Travis Lancaster, Reza Najafadi, Daniel Najafadi, Christopher Kessinger, Jasmine Kessinger, Dakota Kessinger, Nicholas Kessinger, Nathan Wingfield, Megan Wingfield, Cory Kessinger, Matthew Kessinger, Joshua Kessinger, Tiffany Kessinger, Jonathan Kessinger, Jeremy Kessinger, Brent Likens, Ashley (Likens) Reilly, Morgan Likens, Heaven (Kessinger) Billups, Miranda Kessinger, Adam Kessinger, Allison Kessinger, Noah Kessinger, Kaden Kessinger, Gabe Kessinger, Samantha (Kessinger) Chism, Ellie Kessinger, Breanna Kessinger, Cody Kessinger, Haley Huff, Andy Huff, and Austin White; her great, grandchildren: Stormy, Dylan, Madison, Mason, Mikey, Kaylee, Annabelle, Jonah, Sunny, Briley, Jaxon, Madison, Ryker, Charlie Rose, Jude, Lily, Arleniah, Zatana, Bridgett, Landon, Layton, Riley, Kiley, Brantley, and Reece; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Thursday, from 4-8 p.m. and Friday from 11 a.m. until the time of service. Funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. by Brother Baker of Delafield Church of Christ at the J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel.
