Obituary

Luka Alexander Mujakovic, infant son of Amir and Ariel Mujakovic, passed away Tuesday, June 23rd, 2020 at the Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.

Luka was born June 2nd, 2020 to his parents, Amir and Ariel Jade (Causeway) Mujakovic in Nashville, Tennessee.

Luka was preceded in death by a paternal grandfather, Hamdija Mujakovic.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister, Lejla Marie Mujakovic; paternal grandmother, Nasveta Mujakovic; maternal grandparents, Hirohito “Ken” Causeway and Mariea Geis; maternal great-grandparents Cecil Joe and Sherri Davis; and many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A public walk-thru visitation will be held on Thursday, June 25th, 2020 at J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Visitation will resume from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour on Friday, June 26th, 2020. The funeral service will be held Friday, June 26th, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you may consider donating in Luka’s memory to the Children’s Heart Foundation and/or the Ronald McDonald House.
